How We Work

Creating a 3D render is an exciting process as the client is able to visualise their home or business modelled and furnished in 3D form before any building or purchasing takes place.

We understand and recognise the importance of your individuality and therefore begin the process with understanding and sharing your thoughts, inspiration and budget requirements.   

 

The process of creating high quality 3D renders only requires a few simple items from the client:

 

1. Client provides us with a floorplan of the space, including dimensions of doors, walls, windows and ceiling heights.  

 

2. The client provides us with photographs of the room or rooms they would like to design. To assist us it is best to photograph the rooms from different angles. The images will need to show all elements of the space including ceiling, flooring and any architectural features.  

 

Then the modeling process begins and a 3D model is created and rendered. With our technology clients will be able to walkthrough the 3D model and get a 360-degree view of the space. Once completed clients will review the space and assess whether any changes need to be made. If so this can easily be done and a new render can be made.
